The Japan Women's Cricket Team played a three match series against the Hong Kong Women's Cricket Team in Hong Kong in early October 2008. The games were played at different venues across Hong Kong, allowing the Hong Kong public and cricket community to view international women's cricket for the first time in the HKSAR.

The HKCA would like to thank 'Imran Sports International Limited' for sponsoring this series.
