PCB names sixteen for third Test

LAHORE, Dec 15: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday announced a list of sixteen probables for the third and final Test to be played against Zimbabwe at the Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad from Dec 17 to 21.

The final team will be picked from amongst the 16 probables on the morning of the match day.

The name of captain Aamir Sohail, who could not play the second Test at the Gaddafi Stadium due to fitness problems, is included in the list but subject to his fitness. Middle-order batsman Inzamam-ul-Haq and Shahid Afridi who also missed the second Test, also figure in the list.

Following are names of the probables:

Saeed Anwar, Muhammad Naveed, Aamir Sohail (subject to fitness), Ijaz Ahmad, Inzimam-ul-Haq, Salim Malik, Yousuf Yohana, Shahid Afridi, Moin Khan, Wasim Akram, Mushtaq Ahmad, Saqlain Mushtaq, Shoaib Akhtar, Waqar Younis, Azhar Mahmood, Hasan Raza.
