Marshall, 25, left here late last month and was expected to represent Vauxhall in the Norwich League, but spent just one day in England after immigration officials said he had to go.
``I am very hurt and disappointed about the whole affair as I was really looking forward to playing league cricket in England,'' he said yesterday, noting he was still hoping to return to England to fulfil his contract.
``It was just a misunderstanding, but I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that something can be worked out quickly in my favour,'' Marshall added.
