Wills and Champions trophy cricket on Swarnavahini

All Test Playing Nations will battle it out for the Wills Mini World Cup One Day Internationals in Dhaka, Bangladesh from October 24 to November 1, this event will be chock-full of interest as all teams vying for the World Cup in England next year will be in action.

Sharjah will see India and Zimbabwe challenge Sri Lanka for the Champions Trophy. This event too will be full of action where the world champions will be wanting to bag another coveted trophy.

It will be action all the way and cricket fans unable to make it to venues of play will have the action brought to them live on their televisions by Swarnavahini.

When Swarnavahini contacted a spokesman of the Bangladesh High Commission in Sri Lanka they confirmed that the recent floods will have no impact whatsoever on the Wills International Mini World Cup, and he also went on to say that in general Bangladesh does not experience any rain during the months of October, November and December. They even went on to say that the Flood Lights were installed at the grounds yesterday in order to play the first ever flood lit Cricket Tournament in Bangladesh.
