Hampshire will be showing off their new ground "The Hampshire Rose Bowl" on their Annual Media Day on Tuesday 17th April, along with an opportunity for the media to talk to the team about their prospects for the 2001 season.

The event will start at 10am.

Although the pavilion will not be in use for the forthcoming season, much has been done to make the Rose Bowl comfortable for Members, Spectators, Players and Officials.

A tented village is being put in place at the top of the berm, which will be in keeping with the design of the whole site. The village will include Players dressing rooms, Players and Members dining room and hospitality area. Even the New Forest Ice Cream seller has dispenced with the old caravan for a marquee in keeping with the surrounds.
