Facial scrutiny of Associations for U-19 tournaments
Pakistan Cricket Board - 22 August 2001

PCB nominated officials have smoothly conducted the facial scrutiny of Associations taking part in U-19 Grade-I, Grade-II, all over Pakistan. There were problems in some areas where officials were not able to reach due to personal problems and few associations were not ready for the facial scrutiny especially in the remote areas like Northern Region and Balochistan.

The problems were promptly tackled by PCB. Teams were detailed with new dates in some areas and all concerned associations were duly informed. PCB has provided all necessary help particularly to new districts participating for the first time in PCB Tournaments. The Under-19 Grade-I and Grade-II Tournaments are all set to start from 1st September. All Associations are now ready and eagerly awaiting to participate in the domestic competitions on the expanded new format, a PCB spokesman said.
