Both sets of pace bowlers have been bowling with impressive consistency. Of
the 217 balls sent down by Australia, only 17 were on or outside leg stump.
England bowled 328 balls, only 34 of them in the leg stump area. At the end
of the first day's play, England's figures were even more impressive (only 11 out of 202 balls down the leg side) but their line drifted a little this morning.
