Wisden CricInfo staff - August 28, 2001

DHAKA (Reuters)
Zimbabwe will play two Test matches and three one-day internationals against Bangladesh this November, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) said. The first Test will take place from November 8-12 in Dhaka and the second from November 15-19 in the south-eastern city of Chittagong, BCB secretary Syed Asraful Haque said. The two teams then meet in one-day matches in Chittagong on November 23 and in Dhaka on November 25 and November 27.

Since gaining their Test status from the International Cricket Council last year, Bangladesh have played and lost three Test matches against India and Zimbabwe. They lost both Tests which they played in Zimbabwe during April this year.
