Schedule of Sindh Scorers Workshop
Pakistan Cricket Board - 9 December 2001

Pakistan Cricket Board is holding a two-day Scorers Workshop at National Stadium, Karachi on 9th & 10th December 2001 for Sindh Province. This is part of a series of workshops for scorers being organized by PCB in all the four provincial capitals for respective provinces.

The workshop is for both old and new scorers for broadening the knowledge in the key areas of cricket scoring.

About 24 scorers from all over Sindh will attend the workshop where experts will impart training to them through modern techniques like video as also through demonstration and lectures etc. the subjects to be covered include:

a. Practical Scoring by Video
b. Basic Technique of scoring in a Cricket Match
c. Cricket Laws governing in scoring
d. Scorer's coordination with umpires and referees
e. Scorer's job after the match
f. Scorer's problems

The workshop will be supervised by former Test umpire and Chairman National Umpiring Council (NUC), Mr. Mahboob Shah and conducted by Mr. Saqib Irfan.

Chairman Cricket Management Committee Mr. Iqbal Qasim will be the Chief Guest on the last day of the workshop.
