Glenn McGrath's six-wicket haul has returned him to the top of the PricewaterhouseCoopers world ratings at the expense of Shaun Pollock, who dropped to second. Anil Kumble's ten wickets in Ahmedabad was enough to restore him to the top ten. The batting ratings continue to be dominated by Australia with no fewer than seven batsmen in the top 20. Damien Martyn, who hit an unbeaten 124 in the first innings against South Africa, rose to a career-best 11th in the batting ratings. Matthew Hayden's second-innings 131 elevated him to a personal-best 12th. Full PricewaterhouseCoopers world ratings
