Blues name squad to play Warriors
Western Australian Cricket Association - 16 January 2001

The New South Wales Blues have made one change to the side that lost to the Southern Redbacks on Sunday for their crucial day/night encounter with the Western Warriors at the WACA Ground on Friday 19 January 2001.

Left-hand batsman Phil Jaques will make his debut for the Blues after replacing Corey Richards. Baring injury, the Western Warriors will retain the side currently in action against the Victorian Bushrangers at the MCG.

The Blues arrived last night and will play a practice match against Rockingham/Mandurah at Settler's Hill, Baldivis, tomorrow 17 January.

Going into today's match WA sat third with 14 points from five matches, trailing SA (21 points from seven matches) and NSW (18 from seven).
