National Coach - North West Region
ECB Job Vacancy - 10 July 2001

3-year contract

ECB's Performance Department is responsible for identifying and developing the most talented young cricketers in the country, and the development and implementation of national development and coaching programmes.

The main objective of the National Coach is to identify, select and develop the most talented cricketers under the age of 19, through regional and national squads, and to raise the standard of cricket coaching.

You must possess as a minimum the ECB Level II coaching award. In addition, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills, matched with energy and enthusiasm, and must be prepared to adapt to, and initiate, change.

This is a high profile and challenging job, offering an exciting and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.
