Somerset looking for a bowl out at Taunton says Shine
Richard Walsh - 28 July 2001

Shortly after leaving the field following a twenty minute spell as emergency twelfth man, Somerset Coach Kevin Shine told me, "Tomorrow we will using both of our spinners, supported by our three front line bowlers who will keep firing it in and looking for a bowl out."

Regarding the Somerset innings he said "it was an excellent batting performance, but now we have to stick with it out there on a flat track. Ian Blackwell had a fabulous knock.

It was brutal at times, the best I've seen from him. Peter Bowler played a carefully controlled measured innings."
