Shoaib Malik fractures his shoulder after the nasty fall at Lord's
Pakistan Cricket Board - 13 June 2001

Shoaib Malik, has fractured his right shoulder during a nasty fall in the closing stages of the one-dayer against England at Lord's on Tuesday while trying to catch Trescothick off Saqlain along with Shahid Afridi.

According to information received here on Wednesday, the fracture was confirmed during the check-up by the doctors after the incident. He will stay with the team doctor for another four days for further check-ups and treatment, before a decision is taken about Shoaib Malik's retention with the team or to send him home.
