Hampshire II match switched from Finchampstead Richard Isaacs - 16 June 2001
Hampshire's much-awaited Second XI clash against Nottinghamshire has been moved from it's originally published venue of Finchampstead to the Nursery Ground at West End. The unbeaten Hampshire side are likely to face Australian fast-bowler Brett Lee, as he has been offered the chance to get match fit ahead of the Ashes series in July and August in the three day game, starting on Tuesday 19th through to Thursday 21st. This game clashes with the first XI's CricInfo Championship game with Durham, which starts on Wednesday on the Main Oval, so spectators will have the chance to view both matches on the Wednesday and Thursday. © HCCC
