Matthew Bulbeck and Joe Tucker both return to play Second XI cricket in the four-day match against Gloucestershire, starting at The County Ground on Tuesday.

Jamie Cox sustained a broken thumb fielding during the Bath Festival and is likely to be missing from the scene for up to three weeks.

Graham Rose is back bowling at full pace and is playing for the second team this week.

Keith Parsons also plays for the seconds this week.

UPDATE

Matt Bulbeck and Joe Tucker both returned to play for Somerset Second XI against Gloucestershire at The County Ground on Tuesday.

Graham Rose also played against Gloucestershire and appeared to be bowling at almost full pace again.

Keith Parsons played at Worcester on Monday where he scored a century, and is skippering the side against Gloucestershire. According to Julian Wyatt he is virtually back to first team fitness and assuming that he has no setbacks is a strong contender for the team at Nottingham on Sunday.
