Results of some medical tests of Shoaib Akhtar are still awaited. Hopefully they will be in on 5 May. The date of his departure will be decided thereafter.
The tests were carried out to determine his complete medical fitness for the tour. These tests, it may be mentioned, could not be held earlier in view of his stomach ailment prior to and during the training camp.
