Central Districts line up next for pre-season matches with the New Zealand Cricket Academy.

The squad announced today by selectors Basil Netten and Barry Roberts to be in action at Lincoln University next week under coach Dipak Patel is:

Tim Anderson, Michael Baumgart, Hamish Cunliffe, Campbell Furlong, Bevan Griggs, Brent Hefford, Peter Ingram, David Kelly, Michael Mason, Peter McGlashan, Richard Scragg, Mathew Sinclair, Glen Sulzberger, Ewen Thompson, Gareth West.

Captain Jacob Oram will also attend although he is out of action with a broken bone in his foot. Lance Hamilton is recovering from a knee operation but is close to full fitness while Joseph Hill, Ben Smith and Andrew Schwass are still overseas.

Taraia Robin, Jamie How and Greg Todd are included in the Academy side that is to play Central Districts.

The CD players are having a two-day camp at the High Performance Centre at Lincoln University before having four days of cricket.
