Pakistan Cricket Board - 22 October 2001
PCB announced the names of eight players to represent Pakistan in the Super Sixes Hong Kong tournament to be played at Hong Kong on November 10 & 11, 2001.
Eight teams will represent England, Australia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, UAE, Pakistan, Hong Kong and India, in the tournament. Pakistan is last year holder of the competition.
Following are the names of the Pakistan players:
- Wasim Akram
- Abdur Razzaq
- Azhar Mahmood
- Shahid Afridi
- Imran Nazir
- Rashid Latif (Captain)
- Naved-ul-Hasan
- Shoaib Malik
