WSG Nimbus continues to maintain that its Agreement with the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka ("BCCSL") is in full force and effect and that the BCCSL's purported termination is unlawful and of no effect.

To that end, as previously announced, WSG Nimbus has sent a demand for arbitration of the dispute before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC"), the exclusive forum for resolution of disputes under the Agreement, seeking (among other things) specific performance of the Agreement.

WSG Nimbus can now confirm that it has received notice from the SIAC that the SIAC has assumed jurisdiction over the dispute between WSG Nimbus and the BCCSL under case reference number 78 of 2001 (ARB 78/01). The SIAC has also sent notice to the BCCSL to that effect.
