Dawn Points for Blues in derby clash
5 September 2001

LCCA Blues earned three first innings lead points when the final day's play was rained-off in their Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Under-19 championship Grade-I match against LCCA Whites at the LCCA ground Tuesday.

LCCA Blues had secured a 56-run lead when they responded to Whites' 295 by scoring 351.

Blues were sitting pretty to earn maximum points when they had left Whites reeling at 42 for four. But overnight rains did not dashed their hopes as play was called off without a ball being bowled.

Summarised scores:

LCCA Whites: 295 and 42-4

LCCA Blues: 351
