Lynn McConnell - 21 September 2001

Negotiations over the itinerary have involved some lengthy discussions but have finally settled on a Test match and five One-Day Internationals.

The CricInfo Women's World Cup champions, the CLEAR White Ferns have their first game in Delhi on November 29. They have three warm-up one-dayers, all played in Delhi before beginning their five ODIs against World Cup semi-finalists India, who New Zealand beat to qualify for the World Cup final.

The matches are in Delhi on December 4, Faridabad on December 6, at Chandigarh on December 9, at Lucknow on December 12 and at Calcutta on December 15.

The four-day Test match, will start on December 18 at Jamshedphur.

New Zealand's team for the tour will be named in Christchurch on October 2.

A squad of 19 is training at the High Performance Centre at Lincoln University. The squad will be reduced to 15 players for the tour.
